Instead of doing the study pool, I did the ILP 3 project. I went through the FSU website to get connected with the linked in learning website. I signed up through my Gmail account. I selected leadership skills. I selected the learning topic of Leadership practical skills and watch multiple videos and tutorials on leadership. I received an exercise file on leadership as well so I can practice. I learned about motivation, not just yourself but the people surrounding you. Also, having to work through problems and take action. I received two certificates at the end as well.
